Meet Tamara Bulantseva

My name is Tamara Shtanova (Bulantseva), and I am the founder of Bulantseva Immigration Consulting (BIC), a Vancouver-based company specializing in Canadian Immigration and Refugee Law.

I have been a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC, license R705561) since 2020. You can verify my status by searching my name in the official public registry of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants.

I hold a Master of Arts (MA) from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, AB. In 2019, I completed the Immigration Laws, Policies and Procedures program at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, BC. Having lived in Canada as an international student, a temporary foreign worker, and now a first-generation Canadian, I understand first-hand the challenges of navigating study permit and work permit applications, immigration document extensions and more than 80 immigration programs.

My immigration journey was not easy, as I navigated the process on my own. From the moment I landed at Edmonton airport, it took me 4.5 years to become a permanent resident. This is my Canadian immigration story – and now, I’m here to support you as you begin to write yours.
